Returns

Due to the nature of our food and dessert products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong item
  • A spoiled item
  • An incomplete order

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Order could not be fulfilled

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit (if applicable)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier services
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
